Okay, let’s make our logo look exactly like In-N-Out’s. Let’s use the same color scheme inside our restaurant. Let’s structure our menu the very same way. Let’s also claim that our burgers are very similar to those from In-N-Out. But shouldn’t we consult a lawyer first? This seems very close to trademark infringement! Naaaah.
