mar-see-ah: Fifty plus cars all topped with menorahs in a police-led procession down Sixth. New York is a fantastic place. Personally, I think it’s pretty disgusting that the NYPD provides an escort and stops traffic so the Hassidic Community - a group whose ranks are filled with rapists and womanizers and their defenders - can spread their warped view of Judiasm down the streets of Midtown at the height of rush hour during the holiday season. But maybe that’s just me.
